TOURS & TASTINGS
1 Hour Experience
Walking through our facility, you will experience every step in our process, from grinding the grain to bottling our finished products. The tour concludes at our tasting bar, where you may sample our impressive spirits from the Pennington portfolio.

BLEND YOUR OWN BOTTLE
2 Hour Experience
Before you arrive, you select the mash bill: Tennessee Whiskey (Corn, Rye, Malt), Tennessee Bourbon (Corn, Wheat, Malt), or Rye (100%). Once you arrive, we guide you through a nosing and tasting process of samples from multiple barrels to select the barrels to blend.

SINGLE BARREL DEEP DIVE
90 Minute Experience
Sip on some barrel-proof whiskey and get the chance to bring some home! Sample from our selection of Single Barrel picks. Barrels include all 3 of our mash Tennessee whiskey, Tennessee Bourbon, and Rye Whiskey. Customers may purchase a bottle directly from the barrel of their choice.

Bourbon & BBQ
90 Minute Experience
Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch from Nashville’s Peg Leg Porker before embarking on a tour of the distillery, where you will learn about Tennessee’s rich history of whiskey making. We will walk you through every step of our process at Pennington and then guide you through a flight of 4 different Davidson Reserve Whiskey mash bills. here
