This unique experience allows guests to dive deeply into some of our barrels, hand-selected for their unique character and deemed as single barrels. We will guide you as we sample whiskey thieved straight from the barrel. This unforgettable tour experience is led by one of the knowledgeable whiskey stewards at Pennington Distilling Co. During a facility tour, you will be walked through the story of our history, as well as every step in our distilling and production process, from grain to glass.

With this experience, you also have the opportunity to purchase uncut, unfilled bottles of single-barrel whiskey.

$75/bottle (limit three (3) bottles per barrel)

  • Jim C. guided us through an amazing experience tasting 6 single barrel options of bourbon, Tennessee whiskey and rye whiskeys. He was extremely informative and helpful during our tour and tasting. This was one of the first distillery tours where we dipped directly from the barrels to taste the amazing whiskey Pennington is able to produce. With such a young distillery, I can't wait to taste their older, more mature barrels which are coming soon!!
