Great WHISKEY • LIVE MUSIC • tasty FOOD • COLD BEER

Because waiting is the hardest part.

October 17th marks the anniversary of the laying of our first barrel of whiskey down to age. Each year on the anniversary of that special date, we continue to release various whiskey expressions and run our roots deeper into the Nashville soil.

We celebrate in style with great local food, live music, Distillery tours, whiskey tastings and an opportunity to get your hands on these limited releases before they hit your local retailers' shelves!

The event is FREE and open to all ages. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed.

Well, it is a whiskey release party after all.

This year, we’ll be releasing two new whiskey expressions! Stay tuned to find out more about each of the two releases – and reserve a bottle for yourself before the event!

Like in year’s past, we’ll have plenty of bars on site for folks looking to enjoy a cocktail, beer or even just a shot of whiskey. But we’ll also have the Distillery open for visitors to come sample our two new releases and even special single barrel whiskey offerings exclusively available at the event!

What’s a party in Nashville without live music?

Well, if you ask us, it’s not a party at all. That’s why we set up a big stage on our Distillery grounds for some of the best live music around. This year’s lineup is sure to be our best yet!

Rebirth Brass Band

Rebirth Brass Band

Hailed by the New York Times as “a New Orleans institution,” the Rebirth Brass Band have been at the forefront of the brass band revival that they helped kick off over 30 years ago. Formed by the Frazier brothers, Phil and Keith, along with Basin Street labelmate Kermit Ruffins in 1983, The Rebirth Brass Band has gone from playing on corners in the French Quarter to selling out concert halls across the world and appearing in David Simon’s HBO hit Treme. While committed to upholding the tradition of brass bands, they’ve also extended themselves into the realms of funk and hip-hop to create their signature sound. “Rebirth can be precise whenever it wants to,” says The New York Times, “but it’s more like a party than a machine. It’s a working model of the New Orleans musical ethos: as long as everybody knows what they’re doing, anyone can cut loose.”

Roots of a Rebellion

Roots of a Rebellion

Roots of A Rebellion are a jam band from Nashville, TN playing heavy Reggae-Rock-Dub music for the soul. The band is known for their dynamic live performances showing their progressive sound and energy. Having shared the stage with The Wailers, Rebelution, 311, Slightly Stoopid, moe., North Mississippi Allstars, SOJA, Nahko and Medicine for the People, and more, Roots of A Rebellion proudly represents another side of Music City.

Lady Couch

LadyCouch

LadyCouch was born out of Keshia Bailey and Allen Thompson’s love for one another and their love for honest, soulful music.  Although their friendship stretches back years, it wasn’t until the winter of 2017 they decided to share a stage. After a show at Nashville’s Exit/In where they were on the same bill, they realized their already strong individual voices had power and depth they never thought possible when combined. The pair seem to come from two different worlds, musically, with Keshia hailing from the straight-ahead throwback Soul group Magnolia Sons, and Allen from the psychedelic folk of the Allen Thompson Band. But their similar Appalachian upbringings and their genuine appreciation for Soul, Rock, Funk, Country and Folk allow them to build bridges across genres to create a sound all its own.

Great food, a kid’s zone and more

This year we’re opening up the party to all ages (obviously only the adults can drink!).
That means that this year’s event will have even more going on than before! We’ll still have great food from the folks at Urban Grub, plus new additions The Grilled Cheeserie and Smoke Et Al available.

This year will also include an area just for the kids with games and art projects.

Guests will also be able to partake in free Distillery tours and tastings.
