Pennington Distilling Company is thrilled to offer the chance to purchase a single barrel of their locally-distilled, award-winning Davidson Reserve whiskey complete with your company name incorporated onto the single barrel strip stamp label.
Throughout the aging process, Master Distiller, Carter Collins, and his team of experienced distillers and blenders will nose, taste, and profile each barrel at varying ages of maturity. Occasionally, a barrel stands out for its exceptional character and is identified as a “Single Barrel” for its exemplary representation of authentic Tennessee Whiskey.
Available in very limited quantities, our single barrel allocations are an exceptional way to provide something truly exclusive to your customers and members.
The Process
1. Private Tasting
During your personalized experience, a knowledgeable team member will guide you through the private selection process at our distillery.
2. LEarn the ropes
During your tasting, you will be led through how to taste and informed of tasting notes for each barrel selection.
3. Choose your barrel
You’ll sample between 3-5 barrels, once your barrel is chosen, it will be removed from the tasting samples, and bottling production will be scheduled.
4. Personalization
Now it’s time to make it your own! Each “Hand Selected By” label can be customized to include your business or club name, and custom etching is available.
