Ingredients

  • 2 oz Davidson Reserve Tennessee Whiskey

  • 3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

  • .5 oz Egg Whites (optional)

  • Lemon Wheel for Garnish

Directions

Combine whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites (if desired) in a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice, shake again until chilled, then strain into a coupe glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon wheel.
